What this service is
Lab63 provides consultations over video and, where a program is appropriate, follows up on it. It is not a substitute for medical care, and it does not sell products off a shelf.
What this service is not
A consultation with Lab63 is not a medical consultation and does not replace your doctor. Where a health question needs a doctor, we will tell you to see one.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and located in the Philippines. Some programs are not appropriate for some people, and we may decline to go ahead.
Consultations
The consultation is free. The day and time you choose are a request, and we will confirm the slot or offer you the nearest alternative. A consultation carries no obligation and does not guarantee that a program will be offered.
Programs
Programs are set out after consultation. Nothing is supplied before you have seen and accepted it.
Stopping
You may pause or stop a program at any time. Speak to your consultant first so they can talk you through how to do so safely.
